A leading automotive company in Selangor, Malaysia seeks a professional for accessory development and implementation. The role involves market trend analysis, creating and verifying product strategies, overseeing development processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering and ideally 1-3 years of experience in the automotive field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent project management and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
Develop new accessories and implementation from creation of SOP, verifying accessories installation with principle, stock management, coordination and communication internally and externally with related parties towards the success launching of new products.
Identify market trends and customer preferences to develop a portfolio of accessories. Work with supplier to create accessories that fits the vehicle and quality standard
Verify usability of official merchandise and propose merchandise strategy for models to enhance model competitiveness.
Oversee the develoument process from concept to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to facilitate smooth product introductions and stock level.
Create new SOP and improve existing SOP to ensure a smooth and timely installation of new accessories before vehicle delivery to customers.
Obtain the necessary type approval from SIRIM and JPJ to ensure all accessories conforms to local regulation.
Possess a recognized Degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering related fields.
Min 1-3 years working experience in automotive field. Fresh graduate is most welcome.
Technical Knowledge / Skills:
In depth product knowledge, marketing analysis skills (product positioning, pricing, promotion) and market trend analysis and forecasting skills.
People Knowledge / Skills:
Good interpersonal & presentation skills, project management & planning skills, analytical and driven individual.
