Job description

We are looking for an fresh graduate or experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at VERA MARKETING SDN. BHD. in Skudai, Johor. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our Accounting team in a range of financial tasks and duties. This full-time position is based in our Skudai, Johor office. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 1:30pm.

What you’ll be doing
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting team as needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
What we’re looking for
  • Relevant qualification in Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian accounting practices and regulations is an advantage.
