Job summary

A leading insurance provider is seeking an experienced professional to implement agency strategies in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves planning recruitment events, providing sales support to agents, and ensuring business development KPIs are met. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar field, with a focus on agent management in insurance sales. Travel to related regions may be required.

Qualifications

Job description

Execution and implementation of agency strategies at branch level to ensure meeting company KPIs in terms of VNB and manpower.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Plan, conduct and coordinate regional recruitment related events and activities.
  • Plan and execute strategy plans for business development to ensure all assigned KPIs in respective branch are achieved.
  • Provide sales support to agents to ensure high performance and implement remedial action where necessary.
  • Provide guidance and counseling to agents, including mediating agency disputes.
  • Execute agency development programs such as TMC and TMP by monitoring and tracking performance; conduct daily/weekly meetings on activity management.
  • Coordinate with Head Office for effective execution of business development related activities including sales/product promotions, contests, road shows, new product launches, annual agency awards, agency tours, etc.
  • Any other duties that the Company may assign from time to time.
Requirements
  • Possession of at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in any field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably handling agents in insurance or similar sales agent management exposure.
  • Position based in Kuala Lumpur with ability to travel to Kota Bahru and Kota Kinabalu.
