Job summary

A local laundry services company in Kuala Selangor is seeking customer service representatives to manage customer inquiries and maintain service records. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and must be computer literate. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Review policy terms to determine whether handling compliance. Maintain and update SOP and record.
  • Enhance and improve current process.
  • Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients.
  • Following process and procedure of the Company.
