The Opportunity

We are seeking ambitious and driven fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee Program. This structured program is designed to develop future leaders in Sales, E-commerce, and Brand Management. You will undergo comprehensive training, hands‑on projects, and mentorship from senior leaders to build the skills and mindset required to lead a business function.

Key Responsibilities

• Training & Development
  • Participate in a structured rotation program across Sales, E-commerce, and Brand departments.
  • Attend workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs.
  • Learn and apply business fundamentals including market analysis, customer engagement, and brand strategy.
  • Support sales planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in managing key accounts and developing customer relationships.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• E-commerce Track
  • Contribute to online campaign planning and execution.
  • Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and optimize digital channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance customer experience.
• Brand Track
  • Assist in brand strategy development and product positioning.
  • Support marketing campaigns, content creation, and consumer research.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Leadership Preparation
  • Work closely with mentors and department heads to understand leadership expectations.
  • Take ownership of mini‑projects and present findings to senior management.
  • Demonstrate initiative, problem‑solving, and collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.
