Jingxin Group (M) Sdn. Bhd., a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Executive/Coordinator/Manager to join their dynamic team in Kulai, Johor. This full‑time position is crucial in supporting the company's efficient warehousing, storage and distribution operations.

• Coordinate shipment arrangements with internal departments, transporters and freight forwarders.
• Plan, monitor and expedite shipments to ensure efficient import and export operations with timely delivery.
• Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, ensuring accurate declarations and report submissions.
• Liaise with government authorities such as Customs, MIDA and MITI on matters related to regulations, exemptions, duties and shipment clearance (import and export).
• Evaluate and select freight agents, forwarders and transporters to ensure cost‑effective and efficient operations.
• Update and maintain shipment data in the system and ensure proper filing of all related documents.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and transportation logistics.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
