Job description

As the Business Development Manager at Hotel Grand Continental KL, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the hotel. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the hotel's ongoing expansion and development.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the hotel's client base

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry partners, such as travel agencies, corporate clients, and event organisers

Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services and facilities

Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure new business deals

Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement

Collaborating with the hotel's marketing and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and successful business development approach

Achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals set by the hotel management
