We are seeking a talented Designer to join our dynamic team at SLM PACKAGING SDN. BHD.' in Alor Setar, Kedah. As a Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and branding of our innovative packaging solutions. This is a full‑time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

What you’ll be doing

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and design visually appealing and on‑brand packaging solutions.

Create a wide range of design assets, including logos, product labels, promotional materials, and digital content.

Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure our brand maintains a contemporary and compelling visual identity.

Work closely with the production team to ensure design files are optimized for efficient printing and manufacturing.

Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase your design work and receive feedback.

Continuously refine and iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving business requirements.

What we’re looking for

3‑5 years of experience in a graphic design or packaging design role, preferably within the design and architecture industry.

A strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in graphic design, with a keen eye for typography, colour, and composition.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
