About the Trainee Program

The Technical Management Trainee Program at EZSVS is a salaried training program designed to develop future technical management talent for our data center projects. If selected to participate in the program, you will undergo a three-month salaried training at our training center in Malaysia. The program will help candidates to quickly get acquainted with project operations and build a solid foundation to become a technical manager. Through the Technical Management Trainee Program, EZSVS aims at creating a pool of talented technical managers for future development. We will provide you with the skills and experience you need to become a future technical manager.

Theoretical Training Course

• Gain in-depth industry knowledge through carefully designed training courses.
• Learn the latest industry standards, best practices and advanced technologies in data center operations and maintenance.

Practical Rotational Internship

After the theoretical training, you will participate in a rotational internship on real projects, gaining hands-on experience in various roles.

• Rotate through different roles such as cabling, delivery, overseeing data center maintenance, and management.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the various functions of a data center.

Transfer to Full-time Engineer

At the end of the three-month training, high performing interns will be offered a full-time Technical Engineer position at EZSVS.

• Independently participate in real projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Develop leadership and project management skills, laying the foundation for career development.
