Job summary

A Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy is seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to provide critical administrative and executive support to the director. This full‑time role, based in Petaling Jaya, requires managing the director's complex schedule, coordinating communications, and assisting with personal matters. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a professional services environment.
  • Exceptional organisational, time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prior banking experience and comes from a banker background.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team at SNA Consult Sdn Bhd in Damansara, Selangor. This is a full‑time position that will provide critical administrative and executive support to our senior leadership.

What you’ll be doing

Manage and prioritise a complex schedule of appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for the director.

Provide high‑level administrative support, including document preparation, correspondence, note‑taking and filing.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate information flow.

Monitor and assist with the director’s personal business, family matters and other tasks as instructed by him from time to time.

Support the planning and execution of key company events and functions.

Assist with ad‑hoc projects and tasks as required.

What we’re looking for
