Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is an insight-driven, forward-looking function that is focused on enterprise forecasting, reporting, and direct business support and partnership. We are a connected and empowered team of energetic, passionate, insightful and patient-focused financial experts shaping the future of healthcare.

As an Analyst in the team, you’ll help tell the story through numbers. You’ll analyze financial data to produce greater insights that provide a meaningful impact on the business, strategically and operationally. You will build insightful models and use data visualisation tools / Artificial Intelligence to create leveraged value for our commercial business.

Let’s talk about the role:

• Build dashboards in PowerBI and/or other visualisation tools, empowered by AI, so that business leaders can always have the best information at hand.
• Assist in formulating forecasts, financial models and performing variance analysis.
• Communicate and coordinate with cost center owners in the forecasting and budgeting process.
• Gather and consolidate data related to forecasting.
• Ensure data quality in our headcount and cost forecasting submissions.
• Help improve and standardize the headcount forecasting process for our company.
• Perform other ad-hoc analysis and business partnering duties.
• Work as part of a wider global Corporate FP&A team with whom you will coordinate and communicate.
• Responsible for helping to develop and implement processes, infrastructure, capability, and tools to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency, and drive Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area of study.
• Preference of 2 - 6 years work experience in a similar field. This might include in FP&A, Accounting or a Data Analyst role. We are looking to adjust the seniority of the role in accordance with the experience of the right candidate.
• Possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Interest in data visualisation and have used visualisation tools before such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Preferable (but not compulsory) prior experience with EPMs (i.e., Anaplan, Adaptive, Planning Analytics).
• Very organized and able to operate independently.
• Able to build effective relationships demonstrating integrity.
• Open to occasional international business travel.
