Objective of job

Support in assuring the quality of products and work processes for electric wiring harness and interior Door Panel in Ipoh Plant.

Handle Complaint Management for DEM Ipoh Plant

  • Obtain instruction, complaint, feedback, improvement from customer.
  • Lead and/or involve in the 8D investigation team consists of multi-disciplinary department.
  • Assure preparation of related equipment and ensure all 8D report is according to customer requirements and/or internal guideline and must to be replied within the targeted date.
  • Communicate with other department regarding external/internal Quality issue.
  • Support other departments in problem analysis and corrective actions and develop a plan with complex test and inspection to ensure product quality.
  • Ensure the actions from the 8D are implemented accordingly and effective.
  • Register all Complaints in the Complaint Management module .QSYS) and close accordingly with evidence.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation and reports according to customer and Draexlmaier requirements.
  • Create global series evaluation .KPI), documents results and take necessary actions with additional improvement in minds.
  • Monitoring external/internal PPM/targets and ensure that targets are met.
  • Develop alternative method for ensuring product quality.
  • Create documentation which suit the application of complaint and inspection.
  • Team member for Control Plan and FMEA.
  • Create IMDS for new module BMW.
  • Information right to Production personnel competency (Skill Matrix)

Education
  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering or related subject
