Job summary
A leading company in the real estate sector seeks an Asset Management professional to support their strategies and plans. The role involves data analysis, market research, and presentations, requiring a degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business with several years of experience. Ideal candidates will be proficient in Excel, comfortable with numbers, and possess creative thinking abilities.
Qualifications
- At least 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience.
- Comfortable with numbers and proficient in Excel.
- Ability to think out of the box.
Responsibilities
- Compile, verify, organise and analyse data of the Company’s properties/assets.
- Present analysis on portfolio status and strategic implications.
- Conduct research work related to the real estate industry and macroeconomic trends.
Skills
Education
This position will support the Asset Management department to formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of our assets.
Job Responsibilities- Compile, verify, organise and analyse data of the Company’s properties / assets to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics.
- Present your analysis on the current status of the portfolio and strategic implications for future growth on both micro and macro levels.
- Conduct research work related to the real estate industry, REITs, and macroeconomic trends, etc.
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or any related discipline.
- At least 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience.
- Must be comfortable with numbers, proficient in Excel.
- Ability to think out of the box.
