Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Kuching. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and supporting overall human resources functions within the organization. Daily tasks include overseeing the recruitment process, conducting employee performance reviews, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Skills in handling Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Understanding of Human Resources processes and practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the architectural or creative industry is a plus
