A leading insurance company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Compliance Officer to support compliance risk management. You will investigate non-compliances, implement frameworks, and promote an ethical culture. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years in the life insurance industry and relevant investigation experience. Proficiency in IT tools is required. The company is committed to delivering innovative insurance solutions.
Support the Head of Compliance in managing the Company's compliance risk which can be defined as the risk of legal or regulatory sanctions, financial loss, or loss of reputation as a result of its failure to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and codes of conduct.
Work with Management to identify and manage market conduct risk and to ensure internal controls are put in place to mitigate compliance risk.
