Title: DRSC A&A: SEA Monitoring & Remediation (based in Kuala Lumpur) – Manager / Senior Manager

Work you’ll do

As a member of the SEA M&R team, you will:

  • Review and evaluate audit quality processes and controls across Southeast Asia.
  • Identify gaps, perform root cause analysis, and drive remediation initiatives to ensure timely and effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate with SEA, regional, and global monitoring teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Share insights and best practices to strengthen the SoQM and support continuous improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements - Profile Sought

  • Manager or Senior Manager with strong audit and quality experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience engaging effectively with various organizational levels, including senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of ISQM 1/2, ISAs, and firm methodology.
  • Experience in reviewing internal control systems; PCAOB audit experience an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in audit quality, and continuous improvement.
