What You Will Do
  • The successful candidate will take responsibility for the creation and management of commercial and operational communications campaigns in support of Swift’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and communication needs.
  • Build accurate customer contact lists.
  • Ensure clear and error-free communications by meticulously reviewing them.
  • Build and send out communications campaigns.
  • Create post-mailing analytics and analyze key metrics like bounce rate, click rate, delivery rate to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the team with content creation and management of digital marketing channels, such as Swift.com.
Who You Are
  • A seasoned communications professional with at least 3 years of experience in a multicultural environment.
  • Ideally, possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
