A Malaysian company is seeking an Account Assistant to manage account receivables and support E-Commerce operations. Responsibilities include invoicing, account maintenance, and completing month-end financial tasks. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or higher in Business Management and has strong attention to detail and computer skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Liaise with E-Commerce and Operations teams on sales data.
- Collect and sort invoices.
- Administer the account receivable function.

- Collect and sort invoices.
- Administer the account receivable function and maintain appropriate records.
- Handle full set of accounts and perform month‑end closing in a timely manner.
- Perform month‑end reconciliation, month‑end schedules, and all other related work.
- Assist with daily banking transactions, account receivables, and account tasks.
- Ensure and practice a proper filing system.
