Early Insight Solutions, Sdn a technology start-up business, is seeking a motivated and reliable hybrid role for a Driver & Executive Assistant. This is a full-time role but requires flexibility in hours worked. Driving services may be required in the morning, afternoon and evening with breaks in between. Other tasks can be done remotely depending on the task.

• Provide safe and punctual driving services to all passengers.
• Maintain the post’s vehicle to a high standard, ensuring they are clean and safe to drive at all times.
• Carry out regular maintenance checks on vehicles and maintain accurate and up-to-date service records and manuals.
• Carry out administrative support tasks when not driving, including running errands, making travel arrangements, event and program arrangements, and filling forms and documents.
• Assist in the company’s project planning/business analysis and information/data collection for better decision-making and problem-solving.
• Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion.

• Hold a current, clean driver’s license and be able to drive safely in local conditions.
• Basic knowledge of automobile maintenance.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong English communication skills and easy to work with.
• Ability to anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and provide proactive support.
• Strong computer skills and adept at manipulating documents, spreadsheets, and internet/AI search.
• Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information in a secure and responsible manner.
• Prefer a candidate residing in Shah Alam.
