What You Will Do

• Develop, manage, and publish original, high-quality content across various social media platforms to enhance our brand visibility.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and insights to optimize content creation, automate workflows, personalize campaigns, and improve overall marketing efficiency.
• Analyze our current live show metrics and develop a cohesive strategy to increase the viewership and engagement of the live show.
• Daily coordination with presenters and instructors to ensure the live show/podcast reading runs smoothly.
• Implement short-term campaigns for growth.
• Propose any collaborations idea to boost our live show performance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
• Participate in any partner meetings or collaborations.
• Assisting our company event.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• Marketing handling experience in financial sector is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to understand Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to take initiatives and make quick decisions under pressure.
