  • Details oriented and have strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiar with campaign execution process especially for retail, shopper activation of POSM
  • Ability to attract client with good impression, positive attitude, team player and results-oriented mindset
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or any related fields
  • Possess own transport for meeting outside
  • Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.
Responsibility

Objective

To manage day to day clients account, coordinate project execution across departments, ensure timely and high-quality delivery of activation campaigns. This role is ideal for a proactive individual capable of independently handling projects while ensuring strong communications between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and aligned throughout project lifecycle.
  • Manage and oversee execution of in-store activation, POSM deployment, event and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate internally with Creative Team, Operations Team, Business Development and Production Team to align with timelines, deliverables and budget.
  • Prepare project timelines, quotations, proposals and post-campaign reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues swiftly, keeping clients informed on progress.
  • Assist in guiding and reviewing the work of junior servicing executive (when needed).
  • Monitor project budgets, approval processes and ensure all documentation is up to date.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits and briefing as required.
