Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing in-house creative development and managing partner intellectual property and licensing initiatives.
- Create detailed and precise 2D product drawings from various perspectives to support production.
- Collaborate with the R&D team in conceptualizing and developing new products or prototypes.
- Manage art-to-product processes, including follow-up on prototype and sample development, evaluation, and approval stages.
- Develop and produce marketing materials and promotional collaterals, including exhibition layouts, booth graphics, and event displays to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Conceptualize and develop packaging designs that reflect the product’s theme, category, and storytelling elements.
- Work closely with the Merchandising team to plan and execute effective product displays and arrangements in retail spaces and exhibition booths.
- Provide full assistance to the Art Director in design development and other graphic-related tasks.
Skill Requirements
- Strong understanding of hardlines product categories, including ABS, resins, textiles, printing techniques, patterns, graphic composition, and production processes.
- Create precise and detailed product models using 3D software, preferably Rhino or SolidWorks.
- Proficient in 2D design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Packaging design experience is preferred.
- Possess strong knowledge in product design and development, with expertise in concept creation and production techniques.
- Strong understanding of consumer trends and market innovations in key categories such as toys, collectibles, and miniatures.
Academic and Experience Requirements
Diploma or above in a relevant field such as Industrial Design, Toy Design, or Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience.
