Job summary
A manufacturing company in Malaysia seeks an experienced Boilerman to operate and maintain boiler systems. Candidates should hold a Boilerman Grade 1 or 2 certification and have 1-3 years of operational experience. They will ensure compliance with safety regulations and participate in maintenance activities. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills are essential. Additional knowledge of steam systems, water treatment, and basic troubleshooting skills are advantageous.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating industrial boilers depending on grade.
- Knowledge of steam systems, pumps, valves, and mechanical equipment.
- Experience in manufacturing environments is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform preventive maintenance on boiler equipment.
- Record and report operational data including pressure and temperature.
