Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Kedah is seeking a Chemical Analyst Technician to conduct routine chemical testing and monitor surface treatment processes. The successful candidate will maintain accuracy and compliance with quality standards, while supporting production through chemical analysis and reporting. A Diploma in Chemistry or a related field is required, along with strong analytical skills and familiarity with surface treatment processes. Previous experience in a lab environment is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or related field.
• Knowledge of basic chemistry, titration, and chemical concentration analysis.
• Ability to read and follow SOP, SDS and process specifications.
• Experience in surface treatment or chemical lab environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine chemical analyses for surface treatment processes.
• Monitor chemical baths and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain complete records of chemical analysis results.
• Support production with timely chemical condition updates.
