Job summary

A leading office furniture company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled CAD Technician to manage the conversion and optimization of 3D models from Cinema 4D into usable technical formats. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced skills in SketchUp, with a minimum of three years' experience in a CAD library or product data management role. Responsibilities include quality control, library management, and collaboration with the visualization team. A relevant technical qualification is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in 2D and 3D AutoCAD.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp Pro.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in CAD library or product data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process of importing and simplifying high-polygon 3D models.
• Conduct quality control to optimize technical models.
• Oversee administration and version control of technical CAD assets.
• Collaborate with the Visualization team and provide training.
