A fast-growing property management company in Malaysia is seeking an Account Executive to manage full set accounts including accounts payable and receivable. - Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL).
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries accurately and timely.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ensure records are properly updated.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and management accounts.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection.
- Verify and process supplier invoices and payment schedules.
- Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing system for audit purposes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
- Support audit, tax, and statutory submissions when required.
- Perform any other accounting or finance‑related duties as assigned by the Director.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Property management or related field
- Diploma/Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- High degree of accuracy and meticulous
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Independent, self‑motivated, and a team player
- Able to start immediately will be an advantage
