Job description

Lead and manage all M&E QS functions, including cost estimation, tender evaluations and contract administration.

Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify cost, risk and compliance factors.

Oversee the preparation of BOQ, cost plans, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.

Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and evaluating subcontractors and suppliers.

Monitor project budgets, financial performance, and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams on contractual and commercial matters.

Lead, guide, and develop the QS team to deliver high quality output and meet deadlines.

Prepare management reports, cost forecasts and commercial recommendations.

Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7-11 years of QS Experience in the M&E construction industry,
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems.
  • Proven experience in managing contract matters, procurement and project cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
