Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in public transport or railway sector, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian public transport laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Proven experience in government liaison, stakeholder relations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all regulatory compliance and stakeholder management functions for EOSB’s railway operations.
• Ensure full compliance with the Land Public Transport Act 2010 and all other regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the main liaison with government agencies, ministries, and regulators.
