Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing team, Cayman Consulting Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur as an Accountant. Reporting to the director, this full-time position allows you to make a significant impact on our Financial Accounting and its growth.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Full Set Accounting: Responsible for the complete and accurate maintenance of the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports and other financial reports while ensuring accuracy and consistency with accounting standards.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and preparing tax filings and supporting documentation.
  • Record Management: Maintain precise and well‑organised financial records.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments to support decision‑making.
  • Financial Reporting: Deliver timely financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
  • At least 3‑5 years of experience in the accounting or financial audit fields.
  • Diploma/Degree: Pursued professional studies in accounting/financial or its equivalent, such as ACCA, MIA, or CPA.
  • Must possess management, good communication, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
