Job Responsibilities – Account Executive (Full Set Accounts)
  • Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL).
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries accurately and timely.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ensure records are properly updated.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and management accounts.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection.
  • Verify and process supplier invoices and payment schedules.
  • Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing system for audit purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Support audit, tax, and statutory submissions when required.
  • Perform any other accounting or finance‑related duties as assigned by the Director.
Job Requirements
