Responsibilities
- Assist manager to execute various production management.
- Ensure meets production schedules and quality specifications.
- Executive productivity improvement plan and overall equipment efficiency program.
- Prepare production report and analyse the production performance.
- Ensure records are properly maintained, updated and remain traceable as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP and GMP requirements.
- Coordinate to implement food safety and quality management system such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP and GMP.
- Monitor production operation and provide supervision to ensure production flow is smooth and qualities are maintained.
- Ensure that manufactured product meets customer specifications.
- Prioritize, plan, schedule and manage production activities to meet manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner.
- Identify production issues, analyse root cause and derive resolutions.
- Monitor and manage expenses & costing within allocated budget.
- Develop process improvements to improve workflow efficiency.
- Communicate production updates and errors to Operation Director on regular basis.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Constantly work with different stakeholder to improve productivity and product quality.
- Responsible in receiving all types of goods for raw materials & meats, titbits & etc.
- Assist in monitoring pest control visits for production.
