Responsibilities

• Assist manager to execute various production management.
• Ensure meets production schedules and quality specifications.
• Executive productivity improvement plan and overall equipment efficiency program.
• Prepare production report and analyse the production performance.
• Ensure records are properly maintained, updated and remain traceable as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP and GMP requirements.
• Coordinate to implement food safety and quality management system such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP and GMP.
• Monitor production operation and provide supervision to ensure production flow is smooth and qualities are maintained.
• Ensure that manufactured product meets customer specifications.
• Prioritize, plan, schedule and manage production activities to meet manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner.
• Identify production issues, analyse root cause and derive resolutions.
• Monitor and manage expenses & costing within allocated budget.
• Develop process improvements to improve workflow efficiency.
• Communicate production updates and errors to Operation Director on regular basis.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Constantly work with different stakeholder to improve productivity and product quality.
• Responsible in receiving all types of goods for raw materials & meats, titbits & etc.
• Assist in monitoring pest control visits for production.
