Job summary
A leading technology company in Malaysia is looking for a Field Application Engineer to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support. The successful candidate will have a degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include supporting design reviews, conducting technical training, and collaborating with sales. Strong knowledge of electronics components and effective communication skills in English are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, or Technical Support Engineer in electronics.
- Strong knowledge of electronics/electrical components and industrial solutions.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and BOMs.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support to customers.
- Collaborate with sales and product marketing to drive design‑in.
- Conduct technical training sessions and product briefings.
