Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist the Section Head on the formulation of the preventive maintenance program for plant-wide equipment and facilities.
• Assist in tracking and review the effectiveness of the preventive maintenance program.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Assist the Section Head in troubleshooting and maintaining automation machines.
• Assist the Section Head in PLC and robotic troubleshooting or programming.
• Assist the Section Head on the perishable parts stock-up program.
• Assist the Section Head on equipment efficiency and capability improvement.
• Assist in maintaining the documented quality and environmental systems in the Maintenance Department.
• Other duties assigned by the Section Head from time to time.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical / Charge men background.
• Able to supervise a team for the maintenance of electrical or mechanical repair in the plant.
• Good report writing, analytical & communication skills.
• Candidates with lower qualification but with minimum 5 years' experience will be considered.
• Ability to solve employees problem.
