As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that shape the future of mobility across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for key initiatives in the Asia Pacific market — from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Translate customer needs, market insights, and business goals into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.
  • Use data, experimentation, and user feedback to inform decisions, improve product performance, and deliver measurable business value.
  • Champion the customer experience and advocate for continuous improvement through testing and iteration.
  • Define and validate product requirements with stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams throughout the development cycle.
  • Track progress, manage delivery timelines, surface blockers, and coordinate QA and testing efforts.
  • Conduct product demos and feedback sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives and user expectations.
  • Manage 3–5 concurrent product initiatives, balancing both strategic revamps and incremental enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of product management experience, preferably in technology-driven or marketplace businesses.
  • Proven ability to ship products at scale and lead cross-functional execution in dynamic environments.
  • Strong project management skills, with a disciplined approach to follow-ups and familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or Notion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with hands‑on experience in A/B testing, metrics analysis, and product experimentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to bridge technical, business, and user perspectives effectively.
  • Experience in e‑commerce, logistics, fintech, or the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced and ambiguous environments, with a bias for action and impact.
