Job summary

A global Electronics Manufacturing Services company is seeking a Production Manager to lead their newly set-up plant in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will have proven leadership in manufacturing, particularly in EMS or PCBA environments, overseeing daily operations, driving productivity improvements, and managing a team. This role offers a competitive salary of RM20,000 monthly plus Annual Wage Supplement (AWS). Ideal candidates will possess a relevant engineering degree and a track record of meeting production KPIs.

Qualifications

A global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company (Newly Set Up) is hiring a Production Manager to oversee and lead their fast-paced manufacturing operations. The role is ideal for leaders with strong EMS or PCBA experience, a drive for continuous improvement, and hands-on production team management.

RM20,000 monthly salary + AWS

Involved in full product lifecycle: design, PCBA, box-build, test, after-sales

Exposure to global clients in medical, energy, connectivity & more

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day production operations and hit delivery targets

Execute strategies to boost productivity and reduce manufacturing costs

Coordinate new product launches and smooth process transitions

Manage team performance, discipline, and training plans

Monitor KPIs and ensure SOP, safety, and quality compliance

Oversee equipment, facility, and resource utilization

Improve inventory flow, warehouse readiness, and dispatch timelines

Qualifications
