Job description

The ideal candidate will oversee the technical direction and architectural integrity of our AI-related solutions. As a Technical Lead, you will bridge the gap between complex product requirements and high-quality engineering execution, ensuring our systems are scalable, robust, and innovative.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and development of end-to-end AI applications, ensuring seamless integration between backend and frontends.
• Oversee the development, testing, and maintenance of high-quality code across the full stack while enforcing project standards and rigorous timelines.
• Translate Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and high-level AI concepts into actionable technical roadmaps and architectural designs.
• Provide technical mentorship to Backend and Frontend developers, conducting code reviews and guiding them through complex implementation challenges.
• Facilitate daily collaboration between the engineering team, Product Managers, and Leadership to ensure a unified technical approach.
• Drive the adoption of modern development practices, including containerization with Docker, efficient version control workflows in GIT, and optimized build processes.
• Engage in additional tasks as required by company goals and project demands to ensure successful product delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in professional software engineering with a proven track record of leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong proficiency in at least one major cloud-based environment, such as AWS, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud, with the ability to architect scalable AI infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python with knowledge to deploy scalable API services.
• Deep understanding of state management, RESTful service integration (Axios), and modern build tools like Vite.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker for containerization and advanced GIT workflows for version control.
• Exceptional ability to write high-quality technical proposals and documentation for complex system architectures.
• A deep‑seated passion for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI, with the ability to turn emerging AI trends into tangible solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to advocate for technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates must possess significant experience in technical leadership and a demonstrable passion for building innovative applications based on Large Language Models and Generative AI.
