Job summary

A leading digital solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Lead of Digital Solutions to design and drive scalable mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will lead technical architecture, mentor teams, and create high-performing cloud-based products using modern technologies. Candidates with at least 5 years of software development experience and knowledge in technologies such as Flutter, .NET Core, C#, and cloud platforms are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development in a production capacity.
• Knowledge in Flutter, .NET Core, C#, Typescript, and Angular JS.
• Experience in any cloud-based platform such as Azure, AWS, etc.
• Experience in DevOps or GitHub platform and associated workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end solution design for mobile, web, and BI dashboard applications.
• Drive the delivery of high-performance solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
• Ensure all designs prioritise maintainability and robust cross-platform testing.
• Provide the architectural vision and guidance required to see complex solutions from conception to deployment.
• Cultivate internal talent through proactive mentoring within the development team.
