A leading company in Malaysia seeks an individual to support sales and marketing activities, assist with client coordination, and manage documentation. The ideal candidate will have a diploma/degree in Business Administration and 1–3 years of experience. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and ensuring service delivery. Assist in sales and marketing activities.
Support daily business operations and client coordination.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and related sales documents.
Follow up with clients and ensure smooth delivery of services.
Keep records of sales activities and reports.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Help identify new opportunities to improve sales and operations.
To assist with planning, organizing, coordinate and managing project activities.
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant working experience.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Medical claim coverage.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Entitled to all gazetted public holidays.
