Résumé du poste
A growing freight forwarding company in Subang Jaya, Selangor seeks a candidate with experience in customs documentation and shipping operations. You will oversee customs declarations, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain relationships with clients and authorities. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, strong coordination skills, and familiarity with customs procedures. The role offers a basic salary, allowances, and medical provision.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding/shipping industry operations.
- Experience in customs liaison with knowledge of SOP and regulations.
- Capacity to coordinate and maintain cordial relationships with external parties.
Responsabilités
- Oversee customs documentation and declaration processes.
- Liaise with Kastam Malaysia for goods clearance.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Customs Act regulations.
Connaissances
- Oversee and ensure accurate customs documentation and declaration processes
- To liaise with Kastam Malaysia for the declaration and clearance of goods for inbound/outbound
- Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Customs Act and related regulations
- Assist in delivery and submission of proper paperwork to the authority to ensure the import/export shipment is smooth
- Maintain strong and productive working relations with key clients, carriers, customs
- Follow-up closely with requirements and changes needed in custom forwarding
- Monitor shipping schedules, port operations, and document submissions
- Ensure all declarations are done via eDeclare, SMK, or uCustoms
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports for internal audits
- Min 1 years experience in freight forwarding/shipping industry operations
- Experience in custom liaison, understanding of SOP and regulations
- Able to coordinate, follow-up and maintain cordial relationship with the external parties
- Familiar with Custom Declaration & Formalities
- Basic Knowledge On HS Codes
- Possess own transport, able to travel within klang valley
