A leading partnership management firm located in Kuala Lumpur seeks a professional to engage with partners and stakeholders. The individual will coordinate partnership proposals and ensure smooth project delivery. Basic finance knowledge and strong communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools. This role involves preparing reports and managing relationships to support various partnership-related activities.
Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with partners, associations, and corporate stakeholders.
Coordinate partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, and collaboration activities.
Follow up on partnership payments, renewals, and documentation to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Liaise with customers, partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery and communication.
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management review.
Support the planning and execution of partnership-related events, campaigns, and programmes.
Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
Basic finance knowledge/understanding (e.g., invoicing, payment tracking, simple analysis) is required.
Good communication and relationship management skills.
Organized, proactive, and able to follow up efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
