Job summary

A leading company in the service sector is seeking an individual for administrative support in the after-sales department. This role involves handling client inquiries, preparing service reports, and coordinating parts orders. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma in Business Administration or related fields and have at least 3 years of experience in a sales/service environment, preferably in the Oil and Gas industries. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Job description
  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the after-sales department, ensuring smooth coordination of service requests, warranty claims, client feedback, parts arrangements, and documentation.
  • Handles after sales enquiries & following up with clients.
  • Prepare service reports, job sheets, quotation, delivery orders, and warranty claim documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of all after-sales cases in the system.
  • Coordinate spare-parts ordering, stock availability, and parts replacement requests.
  • Work closely with all department’s team to meet clients’ satisfaction.
  • Prepare after-sales reports.
  • Support continuous improvement of after-sales processes.
  • To undertake any task pertaining to after sales duties as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess at least Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of working experiences with sales/service exposure, preferably in Oil and Gas Industries.
  • Highly organized and attention to detail.
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English.
