Responsibilities

• Monitor workshop revenue daily and monthly, taking actions to meet targets.
• Ensure technician productivity and efficiency, addressing any issues.
• Recruit technicians as needed and ensure compliance with training schedules.
• Liaise with departments to expedite repair works and resolve customer complaints.
• Verify repairs meet standards and conduct final checks before delivery.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports as required by management.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.

Responsibilities

• To monitor workshop revenue on daily and monthly basis and to take the necessary actions to ensure targets are met. To conduct daily morning briefing for all workshop staff.
• To monitor the technician productivity and efficiency on daily and monthly basis, and to take the necessary actions to ensure targets are met.
• To recruit, when required, and ensure technicians comply to the training schedule as laid out by MBM and management, to achieve the necessary skill level as required.
• To monitor all WIPs and liaise with relevant departments to expedite repair works, especially difficult repair and customer complaint cases.
• To ensure all repairs are performed according to DAG work procedures and standards, final control check conducted for all vehicles and issues rectified prior to delivery to customer.
• To prepare and submit all necessary reports (including adhoc reports) as required by management.
• To perform any other adhoc duties, as and when required by the management.
