We are seeking a talented and experienced Buyer to join our dynamic team at MST Golf Sdn Bhd. As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in our ongoing success, responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality merchandise that aligns with our brand and customer preferences. This full‑time position is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

• Researching market trends and consumer demands to identify new product opportunities
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and delivery schedules
• Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting future needs to ensure optimal stock levels
• Collaborating with the merchandising and marketing teams to develop effective product assortments
• Maintaining detailed records and reports on purchasing activities and budgets
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices
• Providing support and guidance to other members of the buying and merchandising teams

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3‑5 years of proven experience in a buyer or merchandising role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• A passion for the retail industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends and preferences
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for inventory management, data analysis, and reporting
