About the Role
To support & assist the Business Intelligence department to design, develop and maintain user reports/analytics on a timely basis.
What will you do:
- Accountable for communicating with all relevant stakeholders on matters pertaining to the development & delivery of reports & analytics.
- Accountable for ensuring reports/analytics meet stated user requirements in light of capabilities/constraints in the available data.
- Develop program for automation of regulatory and management reports as requested by business users.
- Accountable in maintenance of IIS Phase 3 ETL (Extract Transform Load) and ECL program.
- Accountable in source files maintenance for relevant pre-existing reporting system (ALM, IIS Phase 3 ETL and ECL).
- Assist business users by coordinating with vendor on data mapping during system development.
- Assist business users by validating data extracted by vendor during reporting system UAT stage.
- Accountable for integration of new data/data sources into the Data Warehouse in line with required reports/analytics.
- Liaises with IT and business users on the exploration of new data sources for existing/new system.
- Accountable to be a knowledge resource for the data available in the data warehouse.
- Coordinates with the Data Warehouse Administrator in Data Warehouse management.
- Assist in yearly audit exercise by providing info required by audit firm and answering related queries.
- Assist Risk Department with MFRS9 ECL Risk Review, ECL Stress Test and ECL simulation.
- Liaises with relevant stakeholders to solve data issues.

Skills, certifications and experience you possess:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business, Commerce, Data management, statistics, etc.)
- Possess a minimum of 5 years working experience in Financial Industry
- Knowledge in SQL, data warehouse system and development, file and data management, Oracle FMS
- Well versed in MS Office Excel
- Responsible, resourceful and able to meet tight deadlines and multi-tasking
- Possess analytical and good communication skills
