Growthdesk is looking for a talented digital marketer (performance marketer or Ad and campaign optimizer) to join our team to drive campaigns and measure impact across various social media platforms.

We are seeking a cool, sharp, witty, and talented individual interested in digital marketing, obsessed with optimization, and passionate about numbers and tech startups. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage their time effectively without constant supervision. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills are essential.

What you will be doing:

• Manage clients' social media assets end-to-end
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for comprehensive marketing execution
• Collaborate with Graphic and Brand Designers to run paid ads such as banners and eDMs to support sales and branding initiatives
• Evaluate the customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints using strong analytical skills
• Create landing pages and optimize user experience in collaboration with internal teams
• Brainstorm and implement new growth strategies, including identifying trends and evaluating new technologies, following best practices
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, including A/B and multivariate testing, and optimize dynamic ads

What You Will Need:

• Degree in marketing or related fields such as analytics, communication, statistics, or sciences
• Strong academic performance
• Highly analytical and data-driven, proficient in A/B testing, tracking, and reporting on key campaign metrics like traffic, revenue, conversions, and ROI
• Deep knowledge of campaign setup and ad creation for Facebook and Google, including keyword research and Google Analytics
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and Facebook campaigns using FB Ads Manager (not just boosting posts)
• Regular use of Google Analytics and other analytics dashboards
• Stay updated with the latest in ad-tech and platform updates (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization
• Passion for digital marketing, creativity, attention to detail, and good communication skills
• Google AdWords and Analytics certifications are preferred; additional certifications are a plus
