A leading medical support company is seeking dedicated and service-oriented individuals for their Medical Support & Emergency Response Team. The role involves handling customer interactions related to medical inquiries through calls, email, social media, and WhatsApp. Candidates should possess good communication skills in English and, preferably, speak Mandarin. This is a shift-based position requiring flexibility and the ability to start immediately. The job is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with a competitive salary package up to RM3000 and additional incentives.

Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated, service-oriented individuals to join our Medical Support & Emergency Response Team. This role handles customer interactions via calls, email, social media, and WhatsApp, covering both emergency and non-emergency medical inquiries. You will serve as the main link between callers and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication, accurate information, and timely coordination, including emergency dispatch when needed.
