Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated, service-oriented individuals to join our Medical Support & Emergency Response Team. This role handles customer interactions via calls, email, social media, and WhatsApp, covering both emergency and non-emergency medical inquiries. You will serve as the main link between callers and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication, accurate information, and timely coordination, including emergency dispatch when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle emergency and non-emergency calls related to medical services, hospitals, clinics, and specialists.
  • Gather essential details such as location, type of emergency, and caller information to determine the appropriate response.
  • Dispatch or coordinate ambulance/emergency teams according to urgency and standard procedures.
  • Manage inquiries related to appointment booking, general inquiries, complaints, and hospital information via multiple communication channels.
Working Hours
  • Operation Hours: 24 hours (Shift-based rotation)
  • Working Days: 5 Working Days (Rotated Within Mon-Sun)
Working location
  • Tokio Marine Tower, Jalan Tun Razak WPKL
  • Accessible by Ampang Park MRT & LRT station (5-10 minutes walking distance)
