A local restaurant chain is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive campaign management, oversee social media strategies, and coordinate events. The ideal candidate should be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and be flexible with working hours. Responsibilities include planning promotional activities, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring timely execution of marketing collaterals. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team and contribute to impactful marketing initiatives.
End-to-End Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events for the assigned brand portfolio.
Digital Mastery: Oversee social media accounts (posting, scheduling, community management/customer service), content strategy, and digital assets for the assigned brands.
Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for external suppliers and vendors, managing relationships and deliverables for promotions and printing materials.
Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing campaign performance and social media metrics to provide actionable insights for optimization.
Content Creation Support: Work with the in-house Designer/Agency to coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing collaterals, visuals, and content.
Event/Project Management: Manage logistical aspects of in-store promotions, media tasting events, and nightlife activations, ensuring all materials (menus, displays, PR kits) are delivered on time.
Budget Management Support: Assist the Brand Manager in managing the marketing budget and tracking costs/COGS for promotional items.
Ownership and Proactiveness: Own assigned tasks and deadlines. Be proactive in offering support, suggesting campaign improvements, and taking the initiative to move tasks forward.
Communication & Deadlines: Ensure all communication channels are utilized properly. Ensure execution tasks are completed on deadline and provide solid, proper actionable updates to the reporting manager.
Reporting: Assist the Brand Manager in preparing campaign recaps and updates for WIP meetings.
Responsiveness: Be responsive during working hours, acknowledging that you are a key executor whose timely response is critical to team delivery.
Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Operational Flexibility: Due to the nature of F&B, the employee must be flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, or irregular hours when necessary.
