1. Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading all legal documents.
2. Liaising with external lawyers/agents on all legal matters including intellectual property rights, patents, corporate contracts, and compliance matters.
3. Conducting legal research.
4. Supporting debt collections should there be legal implications.
5. Conducting legal and compliance reviews to ensure the company's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
6. In charge of corporate secretarial matters - liaising with the Secretariat company on board resolutions, board meetings, etc.
7. Conducting compliance briefings/trainings on anti-bribery, anti-corruption, code of business ethics, etc., to employees.
8. Performing any other duties as directed by management.

1. Degree in Law.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Good command of written and spoken English.
4. Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
