As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making. This permanent position focuses on accounting and finance responsibilities.

Description
  • Perform financial analyses to support daily business operations, identifying variances, irregularities, risks, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Prepare, review, and track budgets, forecasts, cash flow statements, and complete financial reports (P&L and Balance Sheet) for the Business Unit.
  • Review and verify Business Unit submissions for corporate approval, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies.
  • Assess and monitor Business Unit financial performance, reporting processes, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable collections, identify potential collection risks, and ensure proper cash flow management.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records for semi‑active entities within the group, ensuring compliance with statutory and internal regulations.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, bankers, legal advisors, and company secretaries.
  • Deliver ad‑hoc financial analyses, business case evaluations, and project support as requested by management.
Profile
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance or accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
